The candidate must have proven skills and experience in business development and marketing of software solutions and products, preferably in the mobile and telecom domain. The candidate should have the zeal in working with a growing start-up company to be part of the future innovations. You should be self-driven, highly motivated and focused individual, who must possess a positive and result oriented approach. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Ideally, you should

- have excellent oral and written English communication skills
- be able to find prospects through lead generation for the geographies in North America and Europe
- have experience in basic market research and data collection
- be able to setup sales channels through intermediaries, boutique marketing firms, consultants etc.
- be willing to stretch yourself as per the requirement to achieve the sales targets
- understand the basics of the technology and be able to articulate the offerings to the potential customers
- have fire in your belly to drive company’s innovation through sales acumen

(2) PHP Web Application Developer

The candidate must have proven skills and experience in web application developing using PHP and MySQL/SQL Server. The candidate should have the zeal in working with a growing start-up company to be part of future innovations. You should be self-driven, highly motivated and focused individual who must possess a positive and result oriented approach. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team. This role requires meeting challanging tasks with highly time bound deliverable. Ideally, you should

- have at least 2-3 years of web application development experience using PHP.
- have strong experience in building complex web applications as well as backend server components
- possess hands-on experience and strong fundamental in PHP and HTML
- have strong understanding of XML for data synchronization between the server and non-web clients
- possess hands-on experience using XHTML, JavaScript and Ajax
- have strong understating of Database concepts especially for MySQL.

If you have knowledge or experience working on any other technology like .Net, Java then it will be a big PLUS.
